the Cipher 2 model stunt scooter is a budget entry level scooter that boasts a surprisingly solid and lightweight construction, as well as an improved ergonomic design and high-performance components that are on par with many higher-end models. We’ve updated the design from the original Cipher to offer a cleaner all black frame, bars and wheels but with the addition of our signature Classic TBF pattern on the grip tape, there’s still a flash of colour paired with this new stealth style.
