August 24th/25th – Puravida Tenby Demo Weekend – Sup, Windsurf, Foil & Kite
| This August Bank Holiday 24th and 25th Puravida Boardriders are back to host another awesome demo weekend with the Tenby Surf Lifesaving and Windsurfing Club at South Beach! As well as the demo we will be hosting our ‘Caldey challenge’ on the best conditions across the weekend where we will aim to SUP or Windsurf to Caldey…..or hopefully both! This year we will be choosing our equipment to best suit the forecast closer to the time, but will definitely have a good selection of the latest range if inflatable SUP from all our major brands and the Windsurf Foling and free ride gear! |
| As well as our special guests and all their gear we will have a selection of demo stock and new 2020 products to suit the forecast from all our major brands including RED Paddle Co, Starboard, Quroc, Naish, S2Maui, Quattro, Goya, JP, Neil Pryde, Simmer, Oshea, GA/Tabou, Duotone & Fanatic STAY POSTED ON THE LATEST FORECAST UPDATES VIA OUR FACEBOOK PAGE EVENT, BUT HERE ARE OUR MOST LIKELY ACTIVITIES: SATURDAY – 10am meet up at South Beach Car Park – SUP demos and foiling/light wind free ride windsurf action all day hopefully! This could be the day for paddle boarding & foiling! Will update on the forecast closer to the time. We will plan a caldey challenge at the best point in the day Saturday or sunday (or both) SATURDAY NIGHT – meet at the tenby house pub, after 8pm…..till late! 🙂 SUNDAY – 10am meet up at South Beach Car Park – SUP demos and foiling/light wind free ride windsurf action all day hopefully! This could be the day for paddle boarding & foiling! Will update on the forecast closer to the time. MONDAY – This tends to be a relaxed day off for everyone with no plans yet but will update if we are heading anywhere based on the best forecast. SUP/Paddlebaording and Freeride/Foiling windsurf demo at Tenby Surflink & Windsurf Club, South Beach Car Park, on Saturday & Sunday for the bank holiday weekend ……. you can expect kit demos and technique / tuning tips as well as the daily challenge to ‘get to caldy island’ on your SUP or windsurf gear! Oshea and Simmer guru Farrel Oshea will be on hand with extra demo gear and any tips and advice you are looking for as well as the usual crew from Puravida, and more kit from RED Paddle, Fanatic, Duotone, Quattro, Neil Pryde & JP We will have a range of the latest wave & free ride windsurf kit and foil ready boards with demo foils on hand to get you flying! Bring your own kit along to get it set up and tuned up to it’s max performance! There are plenty of places to stay in and around Tenby, but if you plan to ‘park overnight’ please make sure you have valid tickets on your vehicles and arrive early to get a space!
